Każdy moduł mieszkalny posiada jadalnię, gabinet zabiegowy, dyżurkę pielęgniarek, pokój kąpielowy z wanną wyposażoną w podnośnik, pokój dzienny, salę telewizyjną, toalety ogólnodostępne przystosowane dla niepełnosprawnych oraz patio. Ponadto w Domu mieści się gabinet lekarski i zabiegowy, sala do fizykoterapii i rehabilitacji, jadalnia i świetlica, a także pracownia terapii zajęciowej. Dom i teren wokół niego pozbawione są barier architektonicznych.
Placówka zapewnia całodobową, specjalistyczną opiekę, pomoc medyczną, zajęcia rehabilitacyjne oraz terapeutyczne – w tym zajęcia plastyczne, muzykoterapia, biblioterapia, videoterapia, gry i zabawy dydaktyczne. Czas wolny wypełniają spotkania towarzyskie, imprezy okolicznościowe, spotkania z rodzinami, spacery po ogrodzie, itp. Dom współpracuje z różnymi organizacjami, placówkami oświatowymi, co pozwala na organizowanie dla Mieszkańców imprez artystycznych oraz zajęć rekreacyjnych – m.in. występy grup artystycznych, wycieczki krajoznawcze, pikniki, spacery.
