DPS Rokitnik przeznaczony jest dla osób starszych oraz niepełnosprawnych. Teren ośrodka dostosowany jest osób poruszających się na wózkach.
W Domu znajduje się 71 miejsc w pokojach 1 i 2 osobowych umeblowanych, z łazienkami. Pokoje oraz łazienki dostosowane są do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Dom Pomocy Społecznej dysponuje jadalnią, kawiarnią, salonami do dziennego wypoczynku, salonem myśliwskim, sprzętem audiowizualnym, zapleczem rehabilitacyjnym.
