Niecały kilometr od centrum Kluczborka, na bardzo spokojnym i cichym osiedlu, położony jest Dom Pomocy Społecznej, skierowany dla 45 osób niepełnosprawnych fizycznie. Atrakcyjne położenie, kameralny charakter placówki, niemal rodzinna atmosfera sprawiają, że wszyscy mieszkańcy czują się tu jak u siebie w domu. Pensjonariusze mają do dyspozycji pokoje 1, 2 i 3 osobowe, elegancko umeblowane, istnieje możliwość własnych aranżacji, cały budynek oraz wszystkie pomieszczenia posiadają udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych, poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich.
Mieszkańcy Domu mają zapewnioną codzienną pomoc w zakresie pielęgnacji, opiekę medyczną, rehabilitację (kinezjoterapia, fizykoterapia i światłolecznictwo) oraz zajęcia terapeutyczne (szewstwo, stolarstwo, plastyczno – dziewiarskie). Czas wolny to głównie liczne imprezy okazjonalne, ogniska i grille (także w plenerze), wyjścia do kawiarni, koncerty, wspólne gotowanie, imprezy sportowe i wycieczki. Dodatkowo w Domu funkcjonuje biblioteka, kącik religijny. Mieszkańcy mają kontakt z psychologiem oraz pedagogiem. Wymieniony sztab pracowników, ciekawa lokalizacja, mały rozmiar placówki gwarantują bliskie kontakty między mieszkańcami, ze strony personelu indywidualne podejście do każdego problemu i brak poczucia bycia anonimowym.
