DPS w Jarogniewicach znajduje się we wsi Jarogniewice w gminie Czempiń, w powiecie kościańskim, w województwie wielkopolskim. Dom Pomocy umiejscowiony został w pięknym pałacu z XVII wieku, który jest otoczony ponad 5 hektarowym parkiem z pięknym stawem i zróżnicowanym drzewostanem.
DPS świadczy usługi dla osób niepełnosprawnych fizycznie, a w szczególności dla osób niewidomych, ociemniałych i z resztką wzroku. Ośrodek zapewnia miejsca dla 67 osób zarówno kobiet i mężczyzn, które mają możliwość zamieszkania w jednym z czterech budynków jakimi dysponuje placówka. Budynki wyposażone są w windy i większość z nich posiada udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Na terenie ośrodka poza pokojami mieszkalnymi znajdują się także ambulatorium, świetlice, jadalnie, łazienki przystosowane dla osób niepełnosprawnych, pracownia komputerowa, muzykoterapii, samoobsługi, zajęć kulinarnych, pracownia do nauki języka Brailla, zaplecze rehabilitacyjne, gabinety terapii zajęciowej.
DPS w Jarogniewicach oferuje swoim podopiecznym bardzo bogaty program rehabilitacyjny obejmujący zarówno rehabilitację fizyczną, jak również zajęcia w gabinetach terapii zajęciowej jak również zajęcia psychoterapeutyczne. W ramach zajęć teraputycznych można wymienić estetoterapię, ludoterapie, silwoterapię, ergoterapię, biblioterapię, poezjoterapię, terapię z osobami dementywnymi, rehabilitację podstawową dla osób niewidomych, zajęcia w kuchni terapeutycznej, zajęcia z nauki Brailla.
W DPS Jarogniewice działa radiowęzeł Głos Domu nadający codzienne audycje, a także kółko fotograficzne Statyw. Organizowane są wycieczki krajoznawcze, spotkania towarzyskie i okolicznościowe, zabawy taneczne. Mieszkańcy DPS uczestniczą także w spotkaniach Ligi Warcabów.
