Zabudowania Domu składają się na 4 oddziały, w których przygotowano 1, 2 i 3 osobowe pokoje mieszkalne, ze współdzielonymi węzłami sanitarnymi. Ponadto pensjonariusze mają oddane do pełnej dyspozycji świetlice, pracownie terapeutyczne, zaplecze rehabilitacyjne, stołówki, pokoje gościnne oraz kaplicę. Całość otoczona jest ogromnym parkiem – lasem, w którym wiją się liczne trakty spacerowe. Dla wielu mieszkańców park stanowi ulubione miejsce wypoczynku i rekreacji. Każda część Domu dostępna jest dla osób niepełnosprawnych, które poruszają się na wózku inwalidzkim.
Placówka zapewnia całodobową opiekę, pomoc medyczną, zajęcia terapeutyczne (m. in. zajęcia tkacko-krawieckie, plastyczne, robótki ręczne, kulinarne, majsterkowanie, muzykoterapia) oraz rehabilitacyjne. Czas wolny wypełniają spotkania towarzyskie, liczne imprezy okolicznościowe, spacery, wyjścia oraz wyjazdy, w tym na turnusy rehabilitacyjne.
